What do you take to eat that’s gluten and dairy free when you are traveling by air across the country? This sounds like the beginning of a bad joke. It’s summer, and we are off on our annual trip to visit family. Thankfully, both sets of grandparents have joined our household and given up gluten. This makes for a safe kitchen when we arrive.
