Fruit Smoothie Pops, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free

July 14, 2015 Katrina
Fruit Smoothie Pops, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free

Smoothies are a great way to start the day, and summer is a fun time to enjoy smoothie pops for breakfast—when there is an abundance of fresh fruit, the temperature has already reached 80 degrees, and the air is heavy with humidity.  When the weather report says a heat wave is coming, make these fruit smoothie pops the night before to allow them to freeze solid overnight.

Fruit Smoothie Pops

Makes 6 pops

1      banana
1      date, pitted
1      cup dairy-free yogurt, such as So Delicious Cultured Coconut
2     cups fruit, fresh or frozen
1/2  cup dairy-free milk, such as almond or rice milk

1.  Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whirl until the mixture is completely smooth.

2.  Pour into molds and freeze until solid.
